Island Efficient Homes is a multi-generational family business specializing in energy-efficient custom homes built using insulated concrete forms (ICF) on Vancouver Island. Led by Project Manager Levi Sarauer, the company combines meticulous craftsmanship with environmentally-conscious building practices to create homes that are highly energy-efficient, structurally superior, and designed to last for generations. In addition to new ICF construction, they offer renovations, property restoration, interior design, and excavation services throughout the Nanaimo and central Vancouver Island area.
